Restores neutral pH to floor finish in addition to neutralizing and conditioning stripped floors properly before the applications of floor sealer and/or finish to ensure that proper bonding takes place. If used in combination with Cleaner/Conditioner, Green Product’s Neutralizer becomes an extraordinary concrete and grout cleaner.
