When Green Product’s Neutralizer is used in conjunction with the carpet system, it is used to remove residuals left from conventional carpet cleaning chemicals. Neutralizer also acts as an anti-browning agent. Green Product’s Neutralizer is highly concentrated, insure dilution rate as per directions.
